Bilingual Legal Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the legal team.
- Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Manage and organize legal files and documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of office experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Associate Attorney
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of their immigration process.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents and petitions.
- Provide comprehensive legal consultations and advice.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and practice.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs.
- Collaborate with our team to develop strategies for client success.
Qualifications
- 3 – 7 years of in-depth experience in family-based petitions, humanitarian and/or removal defense.
- Active license to practice in the United States.
- Passionate about immigration law and upholding the rights of our clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Well organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
- Able to supervise paralegal staff and manage an independent caseload.
